How can I transcribe video calls?

To get a video call transcription, you’ll need to record the call. Once you’ve finished the video call, download the recording, upload it to Transcribe, and we’ll create the transcription for you using our automated transcription software.

Once you’ve set up Zoom integration, simply record your Zoom meetings and webinars. They’ll automatically be saved to the cloud, and Transcribe will be able to transcribe these recordings. All you need to do is select the language of the recording, then leave the rest to us!

How fast can you get a transcription from Zoom?

It depends on Zoom record processing, time may vary from several minutes up to hour.

Is it possible to convert Youtube videos?

Yes. You will need to download it as video file first.

Can I add videos from YouTube or other services?

Yes. You will need to download it as video file first.

What can I do if my file format is not supported?

You will need to convert it to one of the supported format first, using specialized tool for your uncommon format or any third party/online converter

How much does it cost to convert audio or video to text?

Transcribing requires time on your account. Each 10 minutes long file will consume 10 minutes from your account. You can purchase additional time in two packets:
1) 1 Hour for $4.99
2) 10 hours for $29.99

What is PRO subscription bonuses?

Pro plan (subscription) gives you 5 hours of server based transcription time per month (so if you need more hours you can buy them the usual way) and unlimited transcription time for realtime voice recorder transcriptions.

Price depends on billing cycle: $12.99 in case of monthly subscription, $99.99 for yearly subscription.

As much as we would love to give our users unlimited transcriptions it’s not possible financially because every transcription still costs us via server maintenance and usage time.
So what Pro plan gives you:
● Best transcription accuracy - we use more sophisticated translation models for our subscribers
● Unlimited real-time transcription via voice recording in the app
● 5 hours of server transcription time, they automatically added to your account each month and transfers next month (if not used)
● Ability to edit transcriptions in web browser
● Ability to export transcriptions to a number of popular formats (like MS Word, Docx, SRT, etc)
● Your files won’t get deleted from server 2 weeks after uploading

Can I cancel subscription at any time?

Yes, you can. All your time will stay with you even after subscription cancellation.

iOS App: You can cancel the subscription in the app settings -> Transcribe Pro -> Manage Subscription. Look for our app in the list and cancel the subscription.

We take the privacy & security of your personal information very seriously. All transcriptions are automatic, so no human being hears them. All transcriptions and audio files are anonymized, so there's no way to identify ownership. We do not collect any confidentional information in general.
