Does converting wav to mp3 reduce the quality?
Yes, converting wav files to mp3 will reduce the quality of the audio. That’s because mp3 is a lossy audio format, which means data is compressed when it’s converted. That said, the reduced quality generally isn’t noticeable to the human ear.
Why isn’t it working?
Our mp3 converter only works in Chrome and FireFox, so if you’re using another browser, that will be why it’s not working. But no fear! Open Chrome and you’ll be able to convert your file to mp3 with no problems.
