How can I transcribe video calls?

To get a video call transcription, you’ll need to record the call. Once you’ve finished the video call, download the recording, upload it to Transcribe, and we’ll transcribe it for you using our automated transcription software.

How fast can you get a transcription from Zoom?

Once your Zoom recording is processed and available in the cloud, transcription typically takes just a few minutes. However, the overall time may vary depending on Zoom’s processing speed, which can take anywhere from a few minutes to up to an hour.

Yes, but you’ll need to download the video first, then upload it to Transcribe for transcription.

How much does it cost to convert audio or video to text?

Transcribe uses a time credit system. You’ll be charged based on the exact length of your file. For example, a 3-minute file uses 3 minutes of your transcription time.

You can top up your account with time credits at the following rates:
1) 1 hour of transcription: $4.99
2) 10 hours of transcription: $29.99

You’ll only ever pay for what you use.

What do you get with the PRO subscription?

The Pro plan gives you 5 hours of server-based transcription time each month, plus unlimited real-time transcription using the voice recorder.

Your 5 hours are added automatically each month and roll over if unused – so nothing goes to waste.

Here’s what else you get with Pro:
Higher transcription accuracy using our most advanced AI models.
Export to multiple formats including DOCX, PDF, SRT, and more.
Extended file storage – your files won’t be deleted after two weeks.
Edit your transcriptions directly in your web browser.

Need more than 5 hours? You can top up with extra time credits at any point.

What do you get with the Business subscription?

The Business plan includes 30 hours of server-based transcription time per month, plus everything in the Pro plan for you and your team.

You’ll also get access to collaboration features via Teams, making it easy to share files, manage projects, and work together more efficiently.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and any unused transcription time will stay in your account until you use it.

Do you offer corporate plans or discounts?

Yes! If you need more than 100 hours of transcription time, we offer custom plans and corporate discounts.

Where can I find a receipt or invoice for my purchase?

Receipts are automatically sent to the email address used at checkout, so check your inbox first.
