All transcriptions are automatic, so no human being hears them.

It’s all anonymous

All transcriptions and audio files are anonymized, so there's no way to identify ownership.

Employees have limited access

Only limited personnel have access to your information. Anyone with access to user information is trained on all relevant security and compliance policies.

Temporary data storage

All data is stored temporarily, unless you require otherwise, and you have the power to remove any or all of your content from the app.

Secure infrastructure

All customer files and communications are encrypted via industry best practices, using secure technologies and infrastructure like SSL, encryption, firewalls and secure passwords.

Offline capabilities

Our voice recorder and real time transcription service works offline, so the data doesn't even leave the room. This guarantees the highest level of security possible.

While our service is not HIPAA-compliant or court-certified, we do everything possible to maintain the highest security and confidentiality standards.
